Refund policy

Your guide will pre-purchase timed Louvre tickets, so you will avoid the ticket line. For cancellations more than 30 days before the visit, you will be totally refunded except the tickets. For cancellations between one month and more than 7 days before, you will be refunded by 50% and only for the portion of your tour without ticket.
