The Orsay museum (Musée d’Orsay), installed in the former train station built in 1900, a stunning construction of glass and iron, houses the most significant collection of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist art in the world. This comprehensive private tour goes beyond the obvious and explores French modern art of the 19th and early 20th centuries as a whole. While the Impressionism will be our major focus of interest, we’ll put it into perspective and find out how the most criticized school of art became one of the most popular today. You’ll discover it from its beginnings to its posterity, and its years of triumph in between.

Refund

Your guide will pre-purchase timed Louvre tickets, so you will avoid the ticket line. For cancellations more than 30 days before the visit, you will be totally refunded except the tickets. For cancellations between one month and more than 7 days before, you will be refunded by 50% and only for the portion of your tour without ticket.
