Your guide will pre-purchase timed Louvre tickets, so you will avoid the ticket line. For cancellations more than 15 days before the visit, you will be totally refunded. For cancellations more than 7 days before, you will be refunded for only the portion of your tour without ticket. For cancellations less than 7 days before the visit, no refund.
